The Chocolates
This is our signature collection. We’re constantly trying out new seasonal specials too, so check out our instragram page for the latest. Most of our chocolates are vegan friendly. If you’re after something more bespoke, get in touch and we’ll create something unique just for you.
Walnut & Whisky Rochers: Made with 64% Ecuadorian chocolate and peaty Islay whisky for a wonderfully savoury finish.
Hazelnut Gianduja: Olive oil-based gianduja with a crunchy feuilltine layer and a pinch of salt. A classic.
Olive Oil & Sea Salt: Smooth, rich and unctious - 72% Madagascan chocolate with fruity olive oil and cornish sea salt.
Tequila, Ancho & Burnt Orange: Arriba! These little gems are made with actual pieces of fruity ancho chilli steeped in Don Papa tequila.
Cucumber, Gin & Lime: Aromatic, delicious, and very adult. Fresh cucumber blended with Plymouth gin and fresh lime zest sets off rich dark chocolate a treat.
Rum & Raisin: Plump raisins soaked in Diplomatico rum, and mixed into a dark milk chocolate ganache using warming muscovado sugar.
Pomegranate & Walnut Praline: Tangy, sweet praline pairs perfectly with a slightly earthy toasted walnut praline.
Passion Fruit Dark Milk: Fresh passion fruit, blended with 56% chocolate in a crisp, super shiny shell. Our favourite!
PBJ: Zippy fresh raspberry puree sitting on top of indulgent ganache made with extra-roasted peanut butter.
Pecan & Bourbon Pralines: These metallic bronzed beauties house boozy bourbon ganache crunchy pecan praline.
Pina Colada Caramels (Vg): Fresh pineapple, coconut and rum in a vegan caramel. Summer in a bite.
Roasted Pineapple & Mint: We roast our pineapple long and slow before blending it into this lip-smacking puree, and adding a touch of mint to keep it fresh.
Pecan & Bourbon Pralines: These metallic bronzed beauties house boozy bourbon ganache crunchy pecan praline.
Edible Flower Bark. A stunning addition to any wedding banquet, with bark made from fruity Madagascan dark milk.
Coffee & Cardamom. Dark chocolate, espresso and a hint of heady cardamom combine for a very classy treat - the perfect end to a wedding feast.
Floral Beauties. Ecuadorian dark chocolate in a water based ganache, finished with edible flowers to bring out the floral tones in the chocolate.
